Notice - E.O.D.H. Book 14 – Chapter One
Dear Christian friends, E.O.D.H. publication has compiled almost all the major quotations concerning the doctrines of Brother Branham on the next outpouring of the Holy Spirit, the fullness of Pentecost.
This document is meant to be the 1st chapter of E.O.D.H. book 14, entitled: “The final outpouring of the Holy Ghost for rapture power”, but because of its importance and present need to the brethren around the world, E.O.D.H. is offering it to them before the book is completed. Bounded copies will be in circulation no earlier than next year, 2006.
It is a thirty page document, consisting of the direct words of the prophet, teaching and emphasizing the necessity of the final outpouring of the Spirit.
Those who live in expectation for the fulfillment of God’s promises, and especially the rapture, would find this teaching of the prophet to be of tremendous importance for the ministry and the congregation. It is a great tool to silence the voice of the enemy, which spew out unbelief in the promises of God.
This document and the audio version, which are identified by numbers 67-70 of 2005, can be freely downloaded from this site. I anticipate that many will be blessed by the teachings of Brother Branham concerning the final outpouring of the Spirit.
Another reason why this chapter is published ahead of time is to invite questions on the subject, which answers can be included in the continuing chapters of this book.
Negative comments and questions are also invited. Such comments should be supported by the scriptures and the message of Malachi 4: 5-6, and should be done in a sensible manner, as it may be also included in the writing of this book. Comments motivated by the wrong spirit and arrogance, and without proper message and scriptural support, may be placed on a special list with the names of critics under it, or be simply disregarded. However, our effort is to include questions and answers, from worldwide message source, on the subject of “The final outpouring of the Holy Ghost for rapture power.”

CHAPTER ONE
The scriptures declare that there is a final outpouring of the Holy Spirit to come upon the Gentile bride for her quickening unto the rapture. This is an irrefutable doctrinal fact, established by the Prophet William Branham <Malachi 4:5-6, Rev 10:7> in his message to the Christian church. The prophet was confident about his God-given mission to the church, and knew that he was sent with the message of truth, that will restore all things. He based his teachings upon three major prophecies of the Bible, pertinent to restoration:
Matthew 17:11-12: <Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.>
Joel 2:23-25: <Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month…
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.>
Malachi 4:5-6: <…He shall turn the hearts of the children to the fathers.>
Acts 3:19-21: <Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.>
It is evident by the message, that
the word was restored but the fullness of Pentecost was not restored.
The foundation was laid by the revealed Word and the elect of God are being
made ready for the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The prophet was fully
conscious of his mission, and expressed it on many of his sermons. He taught
that the 1906
It is evident from his teachings, that the church must of necessity have this final outpouring of the Holy Ghost for her final quickening unto the rapture. Without this work of grace, the bride would remain earth bound.
OUTPOURING TERMINOLOGIES
The Lord Jesus Christ and the Apostles, used various terminologies to preach the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Jesus, before the day of Pentecost: The promise of the father; The kingdom of God; The comforter; The spirit of truth; Rivers of living waters; the Gift of God; the Rest; Holy Ghost; Anointed; head of the corner or cornerstone; springs of living water.
And the Apostles, after the day of Pentecost: Filled with the Holy Ghost, Seal of God, the promise, the rest, spiritual circumcision; anointing.
In like manner, the prophet used several terminologies on his sermons to highlight the promised Outpouring of the Spirit. He earnestly, desperately and anxiously looked for its fulfillment. However, like Moses, he was not privileged to enter the Land, a type of the Holy Ghost.
By casual examination of such terminologies, it can be readily understood that
each major terminology refers to the fullness of Pentecost. This does
not include other terminologies which describe the anointing of the Spirit upon
the flesh and spirit of men. We will focus upon the outpouring terminologies,
in our study. They are as follows: Anointing of the Spirit or surge of the
Spirit; Fullness of the Godhead; The capstone/headstone, Perfect Love or
refilling of the Spirit; Latter rain/harvest rain; the token-outpouring; The
Such terminologies were used on many sermons of the Prophet, all to represent the coming outpouring of the Holy Ghost. This has caused a great deal of confusion and several heresies were born, as intellectual men separated such terminologies to represent other ideas and not the latter day outpouring of the Spirit or fullness of Pentecost. To prove this fact, quotations are employed from the entire message of the prophet. The Church Ages quotations that follows, immediately, includes the following terminologies: Restoration--final quickening-- Rapturing faith. I now present to you the teachings of the prophet concerning the final quickening for the rapture, in his own words. It will be a sin to disbelieve. To disbelieve this presentation is to disbelieve the Word and Malachi 4:5-6.
ESTABLISHED DOCTRINES OF MALACHI 4: 5-6 ON THE OUTPOURING OF THE HOLY GHOST
HOLY SPIRIT NOT CORRECTLY TAUGHT
Quote W.M.B.: Now, I believe that the reason that there's so much confusion today about the Holy Spirit; it's not correctly taught. I believe that the baptism is taught, and just say, "the baptism," but then the... Like you say, "automobile." But now, I've got several mechanics in this church, and I don't know one thing about it, so if I make a mistake, brethren, I'm... Remember I'm not a mechanic. There has to be coils, and plugs, and points, and valves, and everything else that makes the automobile. And when you talk about the baptism of the Holy Spirit, there's a lot goes with that. Hmm? See? There's a lot goes with that. And here's what I think that God is proving the Holy Spirit is here. See? Blasphemous names 62-1104M 15-1.
JOEL - I WILL RESTORE THE SAME CHURCH THAT I HAD AT PENTECOST
Quote: E-55 “I will restore, saith the Lord." Restore what? "All the beauty that she was at one time. I will restore the same Church that I had at Pentecost. I will restore the gifts of the Spirit. I will restore signs and wonders. I will restore speaking in tongues. I will restore the prophet. I will restore all, saith the Lord." And She's coming right up now as a little tree, growing right on up into the Kingdom of the living God.” I will restore 54-0809A.
RETURN OF DYNAMIC POWER---NEW OUTPOURING
Quote: 377-2 This age started just after the turn of the twentieth century. As it was to be the age in which the true church would return to being the bride she was at Pentecost, we know that there must of necessity be a return of dynamic power. The believers sensed this in their spirits and began crying to God for a new outpouring such as was in the first century. Resume of the ages-Church Age book Cpt.10
1906: NOT RESTORATION—LATTER RAIN --- NOT REAL OUTPOURING
Quote: 377-2 What seemed to be the answer came as many began to speak in tongues and manifest gifts of the Spirit. It was then believed that this was indeed the long awaited restoration. It was not, for the latter rain can come only after the former rain which is the spring or teaching rain. The latter rain, then, is the harvest rain. How could this be the real thing when the Teaching Rain had not come? The Prophet-Messenger who was to be sent to teach the people and turn the hearts of the children back to the Pentecostal fathers had not yet come. Resume of the ages-Church Age book Cpt.10.
1906: NOT QUICKENING FOR THE RAPTURE; NOT REAL OUTPOURING
Quote: 377-2 Thus what was thought to be the restoration and the final quickening unto the rapture had not come. In it was a mixture of the unrighteous partaking of Spiritual blessing and manifesting in the Holy Ghost as we have kept pointing out to you. In it also was devil power as men were under the control of devils, yet no one seemed to realize it. Then, to prove that it was not the real, these people (even before a second generation had appeared) organized, and wrote their unscriptural doctrines and built their own fences as every other group ahead of them did. PEOPLE BEING MADE READY FOR FULLNESS OF PENTECOST
Quote: 379 1-2 But what about the true seed? It will happen just as we have said. The people of God are being made ready by the Word of Truth from the messenger to this age. In her will be the fulness of Pentecost for the Spirit will bring the people right back to where they were at the beginning. That is "Thus saith the Lord."It is "Thus saith the Lord" for that is what Joel 2:23-26 says, “He will cause to come down for you, the rain, the former rain and the latter rain… I will restore.” Resume of the ages-Church Age book Cpt.10
RESTORATION BACK TO PENTECOST
Quote: 379-2 Now it says God is going to “restore”. The Lutheran Age did not restore the church; it started a reformation. The Wesleyan Age did not restore. The Pentecostal Age did not restore. But God has to restore for He cannot deny His Word. This is not the resurrection of the Church; it is the “Restoration”. God will take the Church right back to Pentecost of the beginning. NEXT COME HARVEST RAIN--- RAPTURING FAITH
Quote: 379-2 God isn’t going to plant a new Church, but is going to bring His original planting back to original seed. He is doing it as stated in verse 23, by the teaching, or “former” rain. Next will come the harvest rain or rapturing faith. Resume of the ages-Church Age book Cpt.10
PEOPLE HAVE THE HOLY GHOST BUT NOT OUTPOURING
Quote: 80-2 Now before we close, I want to bring this thought. All along we have been talking about the Seed of Wheat being buried, then sending up two shoots, then the tassel, then the true ear. This might make some wonder if we said that the Lutherans didn't have the Holy Spirit just because they taught basically justification. It might make some wonder about the Methodists, etc. No sir, we are not saying that. We are not talking about the individuals or the people, but the AGE. Luther had the Spirit of God, but his age was not the age of full restoration by another outpouring like in the beginning. It was the same with Wesley. Resume of the ages-Church Age book Cpt.10
RETURN OF PENTECOST – LATTER RAIN
Quote: 101 when He's coming in the last days in the latter rains of God, when both former and latter rain will be poured out, He's coming just exactly the way it was prophesied of Him: "It shall be Light in the evening time." What was to happen? Immanuel, the same Son, the same Light, the same God that come to dwell in flesh with His people at the day of Pentecost, will come in the like manner in the last days, for it shall be evening Light. Quote: 155 What is the Holy Ghost? God in you. What's It for? To continue His work among His people; to bring His church together; to bring a church to a place in this day, far beyond the Lutheran, Methodist, and Pentecostal, into a place to a adoption and a rapturing grace, that when this part of the church, when the Spirit moves into this church here, it'll just raise. GETTING READY FOR RAPTURE, TILL EVERY FIBER FILLED WITH HOLY GHOST FOR RAPTURE

The Body is waiting for, which is the Word, waiting for the Life, which is the Spirit, to confirm or make It alive. That's what she's waiting for. No other life will work in her. ANOINTING – OUTPOURING
The prophet used a scriptural terminology: “Anointing”, to describe the fullness of Pentecostal power. He also referred to it as the latter rain, and ties into it, speak the Word power and the Bride’s revival. Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel.” (Luke 4:18).
“But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.” <1 John 2:27>.
ANOINTING STRIKES

Quote: E-38 “There'll be a power put into the Church, and now is coming in, that the Holy Spirit will so anoint the people, till they'll speak the Word and It'll create Itself right there. We haven't seen powers like's coming into the Church now. I know it for a fact. "Say unto this mountain be moved. Don't doubt in your heart, but believe that what you've said shall come to pass, you can have what you have said.": the placing of the Church in position, where the fulness of the power of the Holy Ghost comes into the Church. Then critics mouths will be shut. It'll be a short time… Notice, it won't last long, but it'll be here.” Hear ye Him 60-0313.
LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SURGE OF THE SPIRIT IN CHURCH – RAPTURING FAITH
Quote: 23 And I'm looking for a time of a break forth of the Spirit of God in these last days that we're now living in, for another surge of the Holy Spirit into the Church for a rapturing faith, just before it comes. The token 63-1128E.
Quote: 183 “I believe it's on its road, that when the Church will be so wrapped in Christ, the Holy Spirit, mankind so away from theirselves, that they don't see themselves…They just move in the Spirit, live in the Spirit, move in the Spirit, walk in the Spirit, so fulfill the law of Christ. Then the love of Christ in the human heart, moving in the Holy Ghost, that great wonderful Church will go forth with power and Deity; because Deity will be revealed in human beings by the Holy Spirit bringing to pass the thought of their mind. FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD - OUTPOURING
The fullness of the godhead is another terminology for the Outpouring of the Spirit; the fullness of Pentecost. The fullness of the Godhead bodily rested in the Lord Jesus:
Colossians 2:9: <For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.>
John 3:34: <For God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.>
This happened at the banks of
ALL POWER THAT WAS IN CHRIST WILL BE IN THE CHURCH
Quote W.M.B.: E-37 That's the thing that God will do to His sons here on earth some day. He will call you aside, Church, if you'll only obey Him and stay on the Word and believe it. THE SAME POWER THAT RESTED IN CHRIST WILL REST IN PLACED SONS
Quote: All that God was, He poured into Jesus; all that Jesus was, He pours into the Church. God wanting His work done, He sent it into His Son; the Son wanting the work done, sent it into the Church. "At that day you'll know that I'm in the Father, the Father in Me, and I in you, and you in Me." At that day, because the same power of God, was in Jehovah God, rested in Jesus Christ. The same power that rested in Jesus Christ, rests in the placed sons in the body of Christ. Hear ye Him 60-0313.
THERE’LL BE A POWER PUT INTO THE CHURCH – SPEAK THE WORD
Quote: Placing of a son... Take him out in a certain place, have a ceremony before Angels, and place him positionally what he is in the body of Christ. Then that person has the authority. Let me say this, if you count me a fanatic from this night on. That very same thing that I'm speaking of will be done. There'll be a power put into the Church, and now is coming in, that the Holy Spirit will so anoint the people, till they'll speak the Word and It'll create Itself right there. Hear ye Him 60-0313.
FULL POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST – CRITICS MOUTHS SHUT
Quote: We haven't seen powers like's coming into the Church now.
I know it for a fact. "Say unto this mountain be moved. Don't doubt in

CHURCH MUST HAVE SAME SPIRIT OF CHRIST OR NEVER GO IN THE RAPTURE
Quote: 359-422 And that church will have to have the same Spirit that was in that body, or it won't dovetail with It in the resurrection. Those two pieces must come perfectly together; and if this church isn't perfectly, just exactly the same Spirit that was in Christ, you'll never go in the rapture. Hebrews Chapter 7 Pt. 2. GOD’S PURPOSE TO BRING FULNESS OF GODHEAD INTO THE CHURCH
Quote: 23-4 When I think of it, I just see denominations pass off the scene, everything else just going. See? When I see God's great purpose: revealing Himself, and having... First, to reveal Himself in Christ, the Fullness of the Godhead bodily, and then to bring that Fullness of Godhead bodily into a people that He could have the preeminences, the oversight, the leading... GOD
IN A MAN, GOD IN MEN, FULLNESS OF GODHEAD IN
Quote: 20-1 It was God in Christ, God, in a man, the Fullness of the Godhead bodily in a man. God, in a man; now, it's God in men (See?), the fullness of God in the Godhead bodily in His entire Church, manifesting Himself, fulfilling His Word. Mighty God unveiled 64-0629.
THE FULLNESS OF GOD IN CHURCH MANIFEST EVERY PROMISE FOR LAST DAYS
Quote: 55-2 God in His Fullness to die for the sin of the people that He might bring to His Church a sanctified Life, that He might have the preeminence in Fullness in His Church to manifest every promise in these last days that He promised for the last days. Now, just pinch yourself a little now. Watch. What was Jesus manifested for? To show God. He was God; He had to be. No man could die. No prophet could die. He was manifested for that purpose. It is popularly taught, by the majority of message ministers, especially those of the false thunders, that they now possess the capstone or headstone, and perfect love etc. they assume such teaching upon two counts:
1. That Christ is the Word and head of the Church.
2. That the full Word of God was restored by Malachi 4:5-6. Thus, the Bride is capped by the Word and Headstone.
Christ is certainly the Word. The Word was indeed restored by the prophet, but the prophet himself, by the restored Word, said that the headstone is the full power of the Holy Ghost and it will produce a super church.

In existence is an old latter rain heresy, which begun in 1974 with the false thunders doctrine. Its projection says that the latter rain fell in the time of the prophet, and it was his message; and that it was the living Word. It is based on this quotation:

By casual observation, the very quotation that they use for their claims, exposes this heresy. The prophet plainly stated: “The rain's going to fall pretty soon”. If it was the message, it was already preached since 1933. “It will be the living Word as it was at the beginning”, simply means that the Church would be restored back to Pentecost of the beginning, with the power of the Holy Ghost, demonstrating the Gospel. If this is not the correct understanding, then Brother Branham contradicted himself by many other statements on the same messages: “Spoken Word Is The Original Seed”

The Token is another terminology used by the prophet for the final outpouring of the Holy Ghost. It was the highlight message of his entire ministry. ADOPTION - OUTPOURING
Adoption or manifested sons is another terminology used by the prophet to preach the outpouring or fullness of Pentecost. However, many who preach the message claim to be adopted sons or manifested sons, not knowing what they assume.
To make such claims is to say that they have the fullness of Pentecost, the final outpouring of the Holy Ghost for rapture power. The prophet established that it is yet to come. To prove that adoption is the same as the outpouring, spoken about under different terminologies, it accomplishes the work of the final quickening of the Bride.
<Romans 8: 19 -23>- <For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God… For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.>
The above scriptures speak of an end time adoption or final outpouring to redeem the body. That is, to bring the first resurrection and quicken the bodies of the living saints, before the rapture.
<Romans 8:11> - <But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.>
The early Church only had the firstfruits of the Spirit, and they looked for full redemption.
Galatians 4: 1-6; the prophet explained that such adoption of a son was an Old Testament custom of a man adopting his own son into a position of authority and power, after his tutorship. When he manifested such power that the father invested in him, he was a manifested son:
1 John 3: 8: <For this purpose the Son of God was manifested.>} Jesus
was tutored by the Holy Spirit. The Father invested the fullness of the
godhead, power and authority in him; it was His adoption. When he manifested
that power, he was the manifested son of God. He later manifested it in His
resurrection and Rapture. Some confuse this with the ceremony of adoption,

CONCLUSION
Having presented the established teachings
of the prophet in his own words, upon the subject, “The final outpouring of the
spirit for rapture Power,” we do not expect all who follow the message to
respond positively, since there are three kinds of believers. Some would
continue to believe that
Hebrews 4: 1-6: < Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it…Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief.>
The elect possessed the land under Joshua.

Nevertheless, the prophet told us that the true church will always try to be like the original one at Pentecost, because Pentecost is the standard. E.O.D.H. and her ministers are establishing that standard. They further expose all spirits that willfully work against that standard of Pentecost, as antichrist and Satanic. We openly challenge all unbelievers and heretics to disprove by the word and message, that the prophet William Branham was wrong, when he established, that there is a final outpouring of the Holy Ghost for Rapture Power.
